By accessing or using the services provided by RoofingCalls.co ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all contractors, roofing companies, and individuals who register to receive live call transfers through our platform.
RoofingCalls.co operates a live call transfer service for roofing contractors. We generate inbound calls from homeowners seeking roofing services, screen those callers to confirm a legitimate roofing need and budget, and transfer the live call directly to your designated phone number. You are billed $100.00 USD per successfully transferred call.
We do not guarantee any specific number of calls per day, week, or month. Call volume depends on market conditions, geographic area, and demand in your service territory.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@roofingcalls.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each successfully transferred live call is billed at $100.00 USD. A call is considered "successfully transferred" when the call connects to your phone number and the caller remains on the line for at least 60 seconds. Calls that do not meet this threshold will not be billed.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend your service if payment is not received within 15 days of the invoice date. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.
There are no setup fees, monthly minimums, retainer fees, or long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel your account at any time.
If you believe a call was transferred that did not meet our quality standards (e.g., the caller was clearly not a homeowner with a legitimate roofing need), you must notify us within 48 hours of the call with the call date, time, and a brief description of the issue. We will review disputed calls on a case-by-case basis and issue credits at our sole discretion.
We do not issue refunds for calls where the homeowner was legitimate but you were unable to close the job. Our service delivers qualified callers — the sale is your responsibility.
Each transferred call is sent exclusively to one contractor. We do not sell or share the same caller's information with multiple contractors simultaneously. However, if a homeowner calls back at a later date, they may be transferred to a different contractor if you are unavailable.

We operate nationwide across the United States. You designate your service area (counties, zip codes, or metro areas) at the time of registration. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to generate calls within your designated area, but cannot guarantee call availability in all markets at all times.
We reserve the right to limit the number of contractors per geographic area to maintain call quality and exclusivity.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on RoofingCalls.co are the property of RoofingCalls.co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that calls will result in closed jobs, that call volume will meet any specific level, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of information provided by callers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofingCalls.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoofingCalls.co and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to homeowners or our business.
Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain due and payable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
